Recent Projects for Construction Management:
​Transitional Assistance Department Building ​ (2019-2020) - This was a ground up construction of a 38,150 square foot concrete tilt-up office building for the County of San Bernardino.  
  • Maintained all correspondence between design team, general contractor and county
  • Assisted in schedule mitigation to assist in driving the project
  • Conducted weekly construction meetings
  • Reviewed and tracked all RFI’s, submittals, bulletins, field authorizations and change orders
